Yiddish Farm empowers Jews to reclaim Yiddish as a source of Jewish culture, identity and learning. Through our immersive Yiddish courses and our intensive organic farm operations, we link our support for our students with sustainable agricultural production. We grow wheat, spelt and oats for our famous line of Organic Shmura Matzos and our garden and chickens provide students with fresh produce and eggs during their stay on the farm.
